Are your trips suitable for small children?

We have had children of all ages on board and generally they have a fantastic experience.

Babies are not a problem; we find them a shady space and they tend to sleep for most of the trip.

Toddlers and very young children tend to be okay for the first few hours but we do not recommend anything longer than that. We have arranged special 2 hour trips for groups with young children. To be honest, children of this age do not get much out of the experience and a boat is a potentially dangerous place to have 2-year old style tantrums!

Kids of 8 years and upwards just love it.  We would recommend the Monty B Experience (6 hour) as the optimum time for parties including children between 8 and 12 years old.  For 5-8 year olds we would recommend the 4 hour trip.

 

No price increases for 2 years

We have not increased our prices for 2 years, despite the increase in costs. This is because we want to make our trips as affordable as possible and we appreciate that times are difficult at the moment.

Our price structure is designed so that large groups of adults pay a little more, as we assume they are able to do this.  Discounts are available and we can arrange shared trips for smaller groups/couples.
